It always amazes me how residents don't show up to an HOA meeting until there is a problem.  Once they get a notice of an assessment they show in force ready to point the finger and demanding to know why.  Most communities can't even get a fining board together due to lack of participation. 

While HOA Watch Dog consultants can't force residents to show up to meetings, we can offer suggestions to help get the community educated and involved.
