In 6 years of experience as the President of an association in Broward County, many of these “management companies” were found to have caused more problems than they solved. They may have corrupt employees taking, or “skimming”, your money.

How does this work?

We send an HOA Consultant to a meeting to do an initial assesment of the association. During this assesment, we try to assertain if we can help you save money to lower your fees, we also start our fruad detetion process.

How much is your consulting fee?

FREE! We only charge a percentage of what we save you. If we can’t save you money there is NO CHARGE! If you are not satisfied with our service NO CHARGE!

What experience does your consulting firm have?

We only hire professionals that have expertise in each field i.e. Landscape, irrigation, accounting, law, etc. Nobody is going to pretend to know it all; we have an ENTIRE TEAM of experienced individuals working for you. Credentials may be presented upon request for each professional needed.

Which Vendors do you select and how do we know they are reputable?

Each of our vendors can provide credentials of their own, we only select the best, and we have high standards, we have to by our recommendation they are representing us. Plus all of the vendors we use are all based in South Florida, no shell companies.

Do you offer a management service?

We are consultants, so we don’t offer vendor services, but we do make recommendations.

Do I have to be a board member to render service?

Technically no, but if the board is not willing to listen it is a waste of both our time. That being said I would be very suspicious of a board that would turn down free professional consulting.
